Women of Impact is one of BusinessWest's four signature events. This program honors inspiring women in western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut who are making an impact in our community. Eight women are chosen out of many nominations for not only their success in business but also their focus on community engagement.

The awards gala begins with a VIP reception for honorees, sponsors, and alumnae, then moves into a general networking reception for all guests before the awards presentation begins. As the Marketing and Event Manager, I planned, coordinated, and managed all aspects of the event, from collaborating with the venue, vendors, emcees, and sponsors; to creating the run-of-show and presentation of awards; to finalizing decorations and print collateral.​
